Dr. Jamey Wolbert was born and raised in the town of St Joseph, in beautiful Southwest Michigan. After high school, she enlisted with the United States Air Force. She was stationed in Virginia for 4 years. While finishing her enlistment, Dr. Wolbert also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. After graduation, she attended Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2004.

​​​​​​​Dr. Wolbert has been fortunate to practice in several locations around the country while following her family and her husband’s military career. She has practiced in Michigan, Colorado, South Carolina, and South Dakota. Dr. Wolbert and her family have also spent time overseas, most recently stationed in England. Dr. Wolbert is certified as a therapeutic optometrist in the state of Texas. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. In her spare time, Dr. Wolbertenjoys reads, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two sons. She is excited to be living in SanAntonio and joining the team at Today’s Vision Bulverde.
